Mark your calendars for “Hard Boiled Truth”!

June 14th, 6-7:30pm in Menlo Park, CA

Steve Latner will be a featured author, along with fellow crime writer David Wolf, and editor Alfred Jan, for a special evening event at Feldman’s Books in Menlo Park, California.

The event, which is formally titled “Hard-Boiled Truth: Feldman’s Books Presents Crime Writers Stephen Latner, David Wolf, and Classic Pulp Fiction Editor Alfred Jan,” will be supplemented with some blues piano and wine, and moderated by store manager Aidan Stone. Alfred will present first, discussing the legacy and history of the genre, and it’s idiosyncrasies. Then Stephen and David as featured authors will read excerpts from their work.

After the readings, there will be time for Q&A and for discussion about the crime genre. The authors may also have copies of their books for sale in limited quantities.

Friends, relatives, and the interested community at large are welcome and invited to the event – admission is free, and attendees will be encouraged to make a donation that will go to the musicians and the shop to support the event series.
